A bit about me
Hi, I’m Emma. Let me tell you my story.
After struggling with an eating disorder for over 10 years, I reached a turning point during a healing stay in India. There, I realized the importance of reconnecting with my true self, making peace with my body, rediscovering joy, and letting go of control.
My experience and the happiness I rediscovered through my recovery inspired me to share my journey through a project dedicated to supporting others, sharing my personal story, and offering guidance to those struggling with their relationship with food and body image and on their recovery journey or people who want to understand eating disorders better in order to support someone in need
I started this project because I want to break the silence around eating disorders and offer hope to anyone who needs it. Having walked this path, I understand how lonely and isolating it can feel, but I also know that recovery is possible. My goal is to create a community where we can talk openly, support one another, and celebrate every step toward healing and reclaiming the joy of life.
